How to Place an Order
Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
Proceed through PayPal or the regular checkout page.
Enter your email address, full name, and complete shipping information.
If you have a promo code, enter it in the Discount field.
Review your delivery address → enter payment details → click Complete Order.
After checkout is completed, confirmation will appear on screen and will also be sent by email. Support: service@solviina.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Please contact customer support with:
Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the problem
After verification, the correct product will be arranged and sent at no additional cost. Email: service@solviina.com
Confirming Your Order
Your confirmation email includes your order number and purchase details. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Modifying an Order
Order changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed. After this time, processing may already begin. Contact: service@solviina.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Choose product options → Add to Cart
View cart: Open the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Update the Quantity field
Remove item: Click Remove

Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Choose PayPal → log in → approve payment → return to the order confirmation page.
Discount Codes
Enter your discount code → select Apply → the discount will appear in the order summary.
